The Problem
Over 60% of Prosple’s traffic came from mobile devices, but conversion was lagging. A heuristic evaluation revealed severe layout inconsistencies, poor mobile responsiveness, and high visual clutter. Essential details like compensation were buried, causing cognitive overload and high bounce rates.

Progressive Disclosure: Structured content into modular cards, allowing students to quick-scan key perks and expand for depth without losing context.
Information Architecture Overhaul: Standardized listing formats to prioritize primary decision drivers (salary, location, and social proof) at the top of the hierarchy.
Mobile-First Interaction Model: Designed sticky, persistent CTAs and optimized tap targets to streamline the mobile application flow.

Interactive Prototyping & Interface Design
How the design evolved from concept to final UI:
Low-to-High Fidelity Exploration: Built interactive Figma prototypes to rapidly test layout variations and component spacing.
Usability Validation: Conducted round-based testing with students to evaluate comprehension, CTA visibility, and scannability, iterating based on direct feedback.
Design System Integration: Created standardized, responsive UI components to ensure clean developer handoff and UI consistency across desktop and mobile.
